I have 10 years of experience in IT software engineering.

All these protests from the extreme right or left doesn't really do anything. A total waste of time and opportunity.

You have to do this at the elections and vote in the candidate of your choice. Afterwards, then keep him/her in line with appropriate communications. At the end of the day, it is the lobyists who run our country. Not the politicians, who is totally clueless most of the time, absconders of their responsibility to represent the public (not the corporations). 

All the rest of it is just noise and won't help anyone. So we need to go back to school and get the best education, teach our kids to do well at school and then simpy pay our taxes. Democracy in USA is just an illusion.

Forget the demos, pick up an axe or a broom and simply clean up the steet or do a worthwhile job. 

What makes a boss a super boss?

If you have managed anyone or taken care of even a small pet, you will know that managing is a matter of responsibility.

You need only remember a few basic guiding advise to make a big change.

!) Always be respectful to everyone.

2) Never talk garbage, hold the higher ground.

3) Explain to those you manage what is expected of them

4) Give regular feedbacks.

5) Do not hide behind the veil of being too busy. If you are too busy then you can not do your managing job. Being too busy is a crap shute and that is where you will end unless you find time to manage.

6) Practive what you preach and then get the hell out of the way so those you manage can do their job.
