You will need to sign up and create an account on Hotfuze.com for this policy to apply to you.  You will need your email address, name, a date of birth at the minimum to sign up. This information is kept confidential by us. All other information should be assumed to be viewable by the public. You should not load information that may compromise your or other's identity, jeopardize yours or other's security. It is advisable to use common sense. Apart from the information required for creating your account, you should assume that any information you upload may be viewable by others.  We endeavor to make every effort to keep your personal information that is uploaded on our site as personal if so indicated by flagging such information as 'private' by the member. We can not be responsible for any personal information that is deliberately disclosed or intentionally made available to the public at large by the visitor/user/member/friend of the site. Please make sure that logon name and password are always kept confidential. This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use of our site. Please read these before using our site.  This policy describes how Hotfuze treat personal information when you use Hotfuze services.

Personal Information As a social networking site, Hotfuze allows users to upload information that may be of personal nature and the information you upload remains your responsibility, as information uploaded by you may be accessed by anyone. If your profile is set to 'private', your friends/contacts do have access to your profile. You must also designate whether you want each photo to be private or public by going to the PHOTO area and selecting MANAGE PHOTO  and then selecting either public or private choice for each photo. Please note that when you sign up, the default is currently set to PUBLIC. Even if you select your photo to private, you should not assume that no one will see your photos. Hotfuze will do everything possible to keep your personal information flagged private, private. Please beware that any unprotected personal information may be abused. You post User Content (as defined in the Terms of Use) on the Site at your own risk. Although we allow you to set privacy options that limit access to your pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that User Content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored your User Content. You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Hotfuze Sites, in which case you can still view member profiles which are not flagged as private, photos, videos and explore the Hotfuze Sites, but Hotfuze may not be able to provide certain services to you. Some advanced Hotfuze features may, for authentication purposes, require you to sign up for other Hotfuze services. You may update or correct your personal profile information and email preferences at any time by visiting your profile page. 

 How to Access the Hotfuze Site, Non-Account Activity. Public can access information, photos and videos on Hotfuze without having a Hotfuze Account.   

Account-Related Activity. You  can create a personal profile by going through the registration process and then you may upload  your personal information, photos, videos, resumes, detail of friends. In order to allow us to open your user account, we ask for some personal information, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. A Hotfuze Account allows you to access many of our services that require registration.

Usage Information. We may record and use information about your usage, such as when you use Hotfuze, the level of activity, how often accessed, and the contacts you communicate with, the videos and photos you watch, and the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on in Hotfuze, and if you are logged in to your account, we may associate that information with your account. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. "Web Beacons") in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track.

Content Uploaded to Site. Any personal information or video content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, within your playback or profile pages, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others, as described above.

Uses of Personal Information:

• If you voluntarily submit personally identifiable information to us through the Hotfuze Sites, we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features and functionality of the Hotfuze Sites, and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.
• Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload photos and videos or send messages through the Hotfuze Sites and other Users can contact you through messages and comments. Any photos and videos that you submit to the Hotfuze Sites may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public, unless you flag these as private and you and/or your friends who have access to these does make them public. The Golden Rule is: do not upload information that you do not want to make public (your access name (email address), password and date of birth will never made public.
• We do not sell your email address or other personally identifiable information to others. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for our services and/or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Hotfuze Site changes or for customer service purposes).
• In order to enhance the services we provide, we use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the design and quality of the Hotfuze Sites and to create new functionality, features, promotions, and services by tracking, storing, analyzing, and processing user preferences and trends, as well as user communications and activity.
• We use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Hotfuze Sites; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions, sweepstakes, and contests. 

Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites

We may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Additionally, we may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the Hotfuze service or using the Hotfuze name, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents or government agencies. Hotfuze allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Hotfuze Sites. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Hotfuze Sites. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content you see. Hotfuze does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, please note that if an advertiser asks Hotfuze to show an advertisement to a certain audience (for example, men ages 18-24) or audience segment (for example, men ages 18-24 who have viewed certain channels of content) and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The advertiser may also use information regarding your use of the Hotfuze Sites, such as the number of times you viewed an ad (but not any personally identifiable information), to determine which ads to deliver
